Swedish Life Cycle Center Network conference October 2021

On Wednesday 20th October, 2021, Swedish Life Cycle Center was organizing its second online Network conference. The title of the conference was “Let’s meet & talk LCA” and the day focused on inspiration and knowledge sharing on how to organize life cycle work within companies and other types of organizations.

The day started with a presentation from Henrikke Baumann, Professor at Chalmers University of Technology, on the research perspective of organization of life cycle work. Henrikke´s presentation was followed by examples and presentations from three organizations who was sharing how they are organizing their life cycle work; Electrolux, Vattenfall, and the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning. After this, all attendees were invited to participate in group dialogues where they could share their experiences and challenges as well as success stories.
We think that networking should include opportunities for those who want to mingle, and so did this meeting. The day ended with a matchmaking and networking event that was very appreciated.
